How should you deal with your shaky hands that severely affects when performing camera movements? Is there a trick/s for the shots not to be shaky? What are those?

For me, applying these camera shots, angles, and movements into an actual photoshoot or video filming is really hard because a lot of aspects and things should be considered to be able to pick the best and appropriate shots, angles, and movements of the camera for a certain scene or shot.

Use a grid or guides to set your subject on your desired space on the grid and make the picture on the frame as balance as possible.
